As the director of Amicitia it is my privilege to come into contact and cooperation with Moroccan students and parents. I enjoy discovering a variety of characteristics in Moroccan culture and Moroccan life. Learning new languages and cultures has allowed me to appreciate the challenges that the students at Amicitia cope with in learning several different languages, themes, learning styles and cultural features.
I have a firm belief that education plays a key role in the preparation of young people for society and the labor force of the future. The workplace is becoming technologically advanced and the skills necessary to function are evolving constantly. I believe the classroom must be innovative in providing the maximum opportunities for students to improve their academic and technical skills. As a part of the leadership of this school it is my objective to provide an environment that will deliver the best possible education that will assist in the development of those skills in our students.
I look forward to collaborating with the Amicitia Board of Directors and parents in creating a vision for the future of Amicitia American School of Fes. In establishing this vision it is necessary that we create an academic foundation that contains rigorous and aggressive standards. A good educational foundation will provide the technical, academic and social skills needed to create productive citizens for the 21st century..
