Staff introductions for 2010-2011 school year:

 As we prepare for next year, we would like to let you know about new staff members who will be joining Amicitia next year.

 In addition to our new director, Dr. Steve Ridley, from Hudson, Wisconsin, we welcome Ms. Ginger La Croix as our new elementary principal. Ms. LaCroix is American and has her Master’s degree in educational administration and several years’ teaching experience in the USA and Morocco. She comes to us after three years at George Washington Academy and we look forward to having her at Amicitia!

We have selected as our new Maternelle and ESL teacher Jennifer Phillips.  Jennifer has a masters in Education and is ESL certified with 15 years of teaching experience.  We are proud to have her.

 We also welcome Rachel Aston, our new second grade teacher from College Station, Texas. Rachel has her degree in elementary education and has four years’ teaching experience in Texas.

 We welcome Dottie Stoneman, from Austin, Texas. Dottie will be our new 5th-6th grade teacher and has her certification in elementary education and it will be her second year teaching. We will miss Ms. Woodruff and are grateful for her years at Amicitia.

 We are glad to announce that Ms. Cowper will be continuing on with us as high school English teacher. Her husband, Larry, will also be joining us as middle school history and English teacher.

 Also, we welcome Stephen and Christy Whaley from Austin, Texas. Stephen has worked at Dell Computers for 5 year and will be our technology specialist. Christy has worked for three years in Human Resources and Finance and will be our HR director and Finance advisor at Amicitia.

 Jim and Michelle Hasbrouck will be moving back to Fez with their two children, Kiara and Kaden. We are looking forward to working with our staff and parents to continue to make Amicitia an excellent school.

 The rest of the Amicitia staff will be staying with us, and we are grateful for them and the qualifications that they bring. Many of our teachers have higher education degrees, and it is honor that they serve with us in Fez.
